In diesem Kurs arbeitest du mit Slide Pads, die deine Yoga-Praxis intensivieren. Die gleitende Oberfläche der Pads fordert deine Muskulatur bis in die Tiefe und verbessert Balance, Stabilität und Flexibilität. Der Kurs erfordert eine gewisse Grundspanung und Kraft, da du deine Kernmuskulatur aktivieren musst. Ideal für alle, die ihre Praxis vertiefen und herausfordern möchten.
